Landlord never answers promptly and has no property management. Lives out of country and it takes approx 3 days to receive an answer via email only. Our HOA is aware but doesnt provide any other info

Typical example of a non-responsive irresponsible landlord. Thinks they can just have a door on a home and lets you fend for yourself so you have to pay for everything then gets upset at any rent deductions.
