The amenities in the surrounding community are great. Good for grocery shopping, community gatherings, and parking

The heatng units never worked well and aren't accessible all throughout the day. Weird, I know. Winters can be brutal.

staff is responsive, the place is nice, can't complain on much

The area is safe. There's green space and the fellow renters are good people who look out for each other.
