So you decided to move in PSA apartments. Im so sorry. Your about to experience *****. First the person in charge of showing you the apartment, Denise, will pretend to be your very best friend. Its an act. Once your in you better forget she even exists. And if you do need too speak with her you better go through Jen the property manager cause she speaks for everyone involved. You wanna talk to the owner??? Good luck. You are never going to see him or hear from him. He has the manager do all his ***** work and ***** work of her own. She talks down to people like they are dogs. Its disgusting. They never answer phones and never answer the office. I have lived in a few apartments and never seen anything like this in my life. The owner only cares about money . Thats it. Tenants mean NOTHING. We have lived here for quite a good number of years and getting kicked out the end of the month. Meanwhile the drug users are staying. Explain that one. I cannot wait for Karma to take hold. When I am gone and in a new place I am taking them to court for emotional and physical distress they have caused. You have been warned. If you do decide to move here, dont say I didnt warn you. Keep running and don't look back.

I have been living here with my Father and my Son. my Dad is 80 and I am his caregiver . My son is a minor under 18. They are NOT renewing our lease because of 3 people in a one bedroom apartment. I sleep on a pull out sofa. My dad is physically and mentally not well. He has been so sick over this he was in the hospital. They "offered" an application to us for a 2 bedroom which of course they turned us down. ( they never intended to in the first place. They just wanted to look good) saying we couldn't afford anything here. Um what?? Also never gave us a price range for a 2 bedroom. We can absolutely afford that. I am in training for a new job now after not being able to work because of having Covid. They didnt wanna hear it. They wanted a paycheck NOW. Um sorry for being in training. Thats what jobs consist of!!! They also wanted proof of my Child Support Payments. WHAT!! They just pick and choose who they want. Its all about $$$. They dont give a ***** about tenants! We have been great tenants for a long time and are getting kicked out. YET the amount of people here who are doing the most unlawful things get to stay. Explain that. Ive asked multiple times to speak with the owner. NOPE!!! Ive asked multiple times for a Lease copy..NOPE! He wont show his face. The office staff is another thing. Beyond Disrespectful. The property manager Jen told me before too move my Family into a shelter. Ok. Why dont you move into a shelter. Absolutely disgusting.. But thats ok. I will be taking them to court for discrimination and also mental and physical distress. So help me God if something happens to my Dad over the stress that have caused because this place will be called Kelles.... Renters BEWARE!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We have had issues with this company from the onset, but were just tipped over the edge when our bikes were stolen from INSIDE OUR BUILDING, and they did absolutely nothing to help, especially when we know the cleaning service they hired were the ones responsible for the theft! WPRG claims no liability for anything and will fight you tooth and nail if you try to hold them accountable. We'd lived in the apartment for 8 months when they finally sent a cleaning service to clean the hallways, and that just so happened to be the day and time our bikes were stolen. They also refused to tell us the name of the service they hired, rendering our police report useless. On top of that, they don't notify you when cleaning or maintenance is going to happen and the cockroaches are rampant. If I can at least spare someone else from renting through this property management company, I will. P.S. Let me know if anyone's interested in filing a class action for negligence! There seems to be enough of us out there and I would just love to have this company audited...

RUN THE OTHER WAY...THEY ARE SLUMLORDS

Do not lease from WPRG. They have not responded after 30 days to numerous serious maintenance requests, including widespread mold.

I had an ongoing issue with a mouse until it finally left on its own (it had clearly been living there for quite some time before I moved in). Part of the floor was caved in and I had to carefully step around it at all times. There was a large hole in the wall of the bathroom, mostly concealed by the toilet. It is abundantly clear that WPRG does not do even the bare minimum to maintain their buildings. The carpet in the hallway outside my apartment was disgusting and when I moved in, the apartment itself was filthy and had not been repainted or touched at all. Then the crowning jewel was that, six weeks before I moved out, a corner of the ceiling collapsed spewing plaster and dust everywhere. Literally the only redeeming quality of the apartment was its location - and that’s what they bank on. I am someone who never writes reviews, but this is extremely important - do NOT rent from them.

I found a bedbugs problem called office they said my responsibility I signed in lease agreement if any found I pay. How do I know what they look like or if here to find them in an empty apt? So I've paid over 500 plus all my furniture and they are not going to inspect my neighboring apts also a mice problem I had to constantly call about.bi never get a return call and I always go to voicemail I can't wait to get out of this rental agreement and move away from Penn realty they do not know what customer service is. They ignore you and want you just to go away
