Getting things fixed is like pulling teeth. Building falling apart. Landlord doesn't communicate, even when heat/hot water/laundry will be broken for weeks. Then doesn't provide notice and enters apt.

Getting things fixed is like pulling teeth. Landlord won't communicate with tenants even when heat/hot water/washing machine will be down for weeks. Ignores tenant emails for days, then shows up without notice and enters apt. Raises rent punitively. Treats tenants like staff. Repair guys are nice but landlord is condescending and rude to them (in front of tenants), and puts them in terrible positions by telling them to show up without notice, to bandaid things that need replaced, to mediate, etc

Horrible landlord. Is not responsive, will threaten you. Makes you schedule outside maintenance yourself. The heaters don’t work, the windows are not insulated, the floorboard are rotting.

Horrible landlord. Sometimes email requests would go unanswered. The heating system barely worked, the floors were rotting. The apartment was dirty when moved in. The landlord sent threatening emails if you did something he didn’t like. There’s no laundry facilities in the building, the insulation was horrible and the window sills were rotting. There was also a horrible mice problem. Avoid at all costs

Mold grew on wall, basement constantly flooded, outdated, landlord was rude and neglectful.

Dont lease with them

Horrible service, everytime they were asked to do maintenance it was never done. only time maintenance was done was if i was home to hold them accountable and they always had to go get something and then come back- which they never did. horrible communication between each other and very rude. another tenant told me that since they were not getting as much rent from me than other locations then im not important. do not lease with them. they nickel and dime you so you don't get your security deposit back.

Slumlord- worst landlord I’ve ever had

BEWARE. property manager, landlord, office staff and all maintenance are unethical, manipulative and horrible. Every tenant needs serious problems fixed like soft rotting floor, leaking ceilings, mold, cracking walls, major drafts coming through windows, wiring issues, holes in walls, etc. Maintanence steals from tenants when they finally do come. Cleaners are not professional cleaners at all. 10-15 different LLC’s, tons of code and inspection violations and many small claims cases by the city and tenants. No contact information for William himself, staff refuses to give reachable phone numbers to tenants and emails often go unanswered.
