Apartments are well maintained and the playroom, roof deck, and gym are certainly selling points. The issue with this place is entirely due to the price and management. Apartments start out averagely priced.

Gym, and probably one of the largest playrooms in the UWS, the staff is super friendly, and helpful, any issue we ever had was resolved at once.

There several improvements to the gym and the rooftop which definitely increase the quality of life in this building.
