This was a horrible man to rent from! He had the electricity connected illegally, he could turn power to my home on and off from a switch in his home. There was no working furnace. He provided space heaters which he is claiming are gone. He did a forcible eviction after turning the power off, less than 6 hours after making a payment arrangement with tenant. Was constantly harassing, removed tenants belongings, never did a legal eviction, threatened tenants, pulled gun on tenant and baby in front of police officer. Currently in a civil lawsuit with this horrible man. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!!! He only does forcible evictions and will harass you to no end. His defense is his age and his "maintenance guys" who he gets to lie for him.
