In 200 characters it's difficult to detail just how 'slumlord' this property management company is. Suffice to say, do not rent from them, they will charge a TON and not make repairs.

I will never rent from these slumlords again. I have had to open complaints with the city of Seattle to get them to resolve maintenance requests. There is an ever rotating cast of property managers that never answer their phones, and you can never seem to contact anyone. Literally the bare minimum of service with appliances that are at least 3 decades old.
