The property was in terrible condition, and they were only interested in doing the minimum amount of maintenance necessary to keep collecting rent. There was flooding every time it rained, cockroaches, water dripping through the ceiling when someone showered, and that's just the beginning. The property manager was always rude and condescending, and seemed constantly annoyed to have to do his job. All this, and then they tried to stick us with the bill for $2300 worth of renovations when we left.

A very good property to stay, a very friendly landlord.

We had constant flooding. They never fixed the flooding. They never reimbursed us for the damaged property. Matt (the property manager) would often come in with little to no warning. They tried to take 90% of our security deposit until we showed them proof that all the damage was there before we moved in. Overall terrible experience and bad landlords
