I rented a property from Ken Wade and it was be of the worst experiences I have EVER had. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and steer clear of any of his rental properties. I drove from across the country and when I arrived the home wasn’t finished or cleaned, there was ***** in the toilets and filth everywhere. So, after driving my entire life across the country I spent days cleaning to make the house even livable. On top of that, the fridge didn’t even work! I lived there for ONE year and paid a MASSIVE deposit. When I moved out, the home looked better than when I moved in and guess what? Ken kept my ENTIRE deposit with no explanation or communication. He knew that I was driving back out of state so I couldn’t fight it or take him to court. He is a scammer. His homes are cheaply built and dangerous (I didn’t have a working lock on my back door the entire year there). I hope he enjoys my hard earned money that he stole from me. BEWARE!!
