Vinny is an older italian guy who looks like he is definitely part of the mob. If you are living here then you're in his own house where his elderly italian mother lives on the bottom floor. Because of this, he will actually care about the condition of the apartment. However the condition of the apartment is already pretty shitty, when we came in there were no doors in place between rooms, closets had doors but they weren't actually attached to anything. Just doors propped up. Also there are some minor bug/vermin problems associated with the building but nothing too bad. All repairs are done by his brother who is hilariously incompetent and will probably end up asking you how to fix whatever is broken. We also had some difficulties in recovering our deposit but in fairness we were not the best tenants. Still could've been a better experience and I don't think I would live there again.
