Terrible experience with the owner, Victor Leung. Very poor communication, unreasonable demands and held onto deposits unreasonably long. Complained about harassment when asked where deposit was.

Terrible landlord. Unfriendly and unresponsive, did not return full deposit until threatened with small claims court. Unreasonable demands, and did not stick to agreements made by his partner who presented herself as the one leasing the property
