The apartment itself is above average (B+), the location is close to many things but not in the heart of anything (B), the price is a reach (C).

Wish they would put in place a long-term fix since it seems to be an enduring issue with the elevators.

The staff is very friendly and nice but there, unfortunately, is no follow through on issues.
