Don’t live at university village

Overall good!

University Village is an overall good place to live.

When I moved in I would have really appreciated a clean room since I had to pay a August deposit, but was not allowed to move in until August 26th

university village is an okay place to live. I don’t think the facility matches the price of rent

not worth what you pay! it’s overpriced for what it is, my room is extremely small

It is the one of the cheapest options around Temple U. Not the best but its fine.

The staff will NOT help. They charge rent like its a real apartment building but control how many guests. Maintenance issues
