The place is ok but they take section 8 folks so you might end up with some real ghetto or trashy and loud neighbors, so if you don't mind it then this is an alright place. Said ghetto trashy neighbors bring all sorts of their friends over and that can be a bit dodgy. One my neighbors got a dog , even though its mostly not allowed.
