The place really feels like a place for young 20 year olds tat just graduated college. Honestly, felt like an extension of university living but, while that works for some, it doesn't work for most regarding the way the place is marketed. It certainly doesn't feel like a luxury apartment. More like a place for students living off mommy and daddy's deep pockets still.
The people seem to be young recent college grads and although the place is expensive, $2k for a place in Baltimore, the place feels like a glorified dorm. The rooms are also small. And, some ppl are rude in the building which is disconcerting at times.
