These people go over and review their own business with 5 stars, and nobody takes the time to do it because college is already busy as is. IF you do find a college student review, TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. This company will f*ck over the college student because they talk down to you and have no respect. The management "team" is clearly a reflection of the greed and lack of respect the CEO of this company has. Other tenants in my building have spoke to me and only had negative things to say about their experience, asking me if I felt the same way. Do yourself the favor and camp out in front of Lang, because you'll only suffer for a few hours. Here, you suffer for the length of your lease.
Given that this is a "Management"-based company, they do a terrible job at providing even the slightest bit of understanding. If there's one company who's going to mislead you and tell you $75 built into your monthly payment is enough to cover utilities, well then get ready to get billed $150 on a month you don't even live there. Here's an example of something that just occurred today. Keep in mind we are tenants who always pay on time. Management has called multiple times in two weeks, and we've paid rent in advance. After two weeks of phone calls and resolved discussions, I told the woman on the phone "You've called multiple times and we've paid rent and that's been confirmed with each phone call. The problem is on your end." In a snarky tone, she replied with, "That's alright, we'll do what we need to do." and promptly hung up the line. Passive aggressive, spiteful, and unhelpful. A business full of crooks and warriors who hide behind phones. Find a better landlord. P.S. I wouldn't be surprised if they managed to charge us more in utilities because of this negative review.
