Very rude and racist
Not well managed part of the city
Customer service is where they fail big time.
They now require apartment insurance and to pay for additional bills not required before. This place is good, short term, but I can't recommend it for the long haul...
Their communication is awful too. If you have problems, don't expect a response to your email. You have to do jumping jacks in front of one of their managers to get their attention, I swear.
The building has been tough to look at for a while now. And, I've been fighting on charges that they say I owe for the longest now. It's really unfortunate because you have luxury building in Manhattan nickel and diming their patrons for things we're not even responsible for.
