Water is always nice and hot, and the AC/Heat is always consistent and good. Great place, great location, great service and amenities, cheaper and comparable options exist, and if you're looking for short term fully furnished there are cheaper options.

Dealing with the leasing office and management is the worse experience

Please, be mindful of any information given during touring before lease signing, usually not the truth. End game is to get you to sign lease, thereafter,the nightmare starts.
