Place was moldy, security system didn't work. Tom hit on my girlfriend every time he saw her. Very disrespectful.

Great landlord, would highly recommend. Place comes fully furnished which is great as a college student. Temple Nest apartments are some of the nicest you will find in the Temple area and cannot beat the price.

Truly the worst landlord I've ever lived with. Not only was he a bad landlord, he was also racist, sexist, and creepy to the girls he rented to. Issues were never fixed regardless of many times you told him or his maintenance men. When my friends and I moved in a door was off its hinges, there was mold everywhere, the front door couldn't lock, the ice machine didn't work, and the old tenants left tons of gross furniture that Tom didn't remove. Throughout the course of us living there, we had issues with just about every appliance and feature of the apartment. On several occasions Tom's henchmen were in our apartment without any sort of notice. Upon moving out he charged us for a missing remote even though we know we left it on the coffee table. We spoke to other friends who lived with him and they all said they were charged for a missing remote event hough they swore they left it in the apartment. All in all, do NOT live with Tom Citro he will screw you over and attempt to screw you as well if you're a girl.

From the quality to the landlord himself, Tom Citro is a fake and a fraud. Look up slumlord in the dictionary and there’s his picture! He’s a racist old man who care about nothing but the dollar.
