Terrible experience, do not recommend!

Tim kept more then half of our security deposit and he also kept the deposit of the renters prior to us. Tim was very rude and stopped by often. Tim is a nightmare landlord and I would not recommend him to anyone! The house is out dated except some areas of the basement and the backyard. The pool is nice but their is a lot of upkeep and high electric and water bills.
