AMAZING STAFF that are beyond helpful and responsive and really make you feel at home! Plus the properties are beautiful!!
TierViews properties are immaculately maintained. My apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as advertised. Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed by their responsive and skilled maintenance team. It was evident that Tierview Development takes great pride in the quality of their properties.
My time at Tierview's property has been nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and commitment to excellence. Thank you for providing such an exceptional living experience!
I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience as a tenant at Tierview Development. From the moment I moved in, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional services and the quality of living provided by this outstanding property management team.
First and foremost, the staff at Tierview Development is unparalleled. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and promptness in addressing any concerns or queries are commendable. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. Their dedication to ensuring tenant satisfaction is truly remarkable.
So I really wanted to like TierView, but unfortunately my time working with the leasing staff and maintenance has been sub-par. Firstly, Beth Peskin is rude, uncouth, and incredibly disorganized. I've had many interactions with her throughout my time at the Quaker, and even validated my experience in speaking with other residents. The consensus was that Beth was really dismissive and hostile to others as well. Beth made multiple mistakes with my lease - did a 12 month instead of a 14 month, double charged us last month rent (i.e, paid first, last and security deposit at beginning of lease then charged us again for last month during the last month), and at ever turn never took accountability for mistakes and gaslit us into thinking we were wrong. I would text (their preferred method of communication) and my inquiries would go unresponded for days at a time. After multiple follow up I would get a response from Beth who always met my request with defensiveness and hostility.
Regarding maintenance, they changed the policy midway through our lease so that there are charges for all maintenance requests. You might think that that is why you pay rent - no, not with tierview. So if you have any problems with their appliances or their property (toilet not working, shower not draining, electrical problems) they will charge you extra to come fix it. Their staff also just simply does not finish projects. One of the bathrooms in my unit was leaking from the ceiling. There was damage in the bathroom and it just looked really really bad. It took them about a week to come look at it and when they did they did not repair the cosmetic damages - I had to have the bathroom looking terrible for the rest of my lease. Overall, stay away from Beth and Tierview.
