It is nice that it has security, friendly management, nice views, and is quiet, but the list of problems is quite long. The pool is out of service indefinitely due to structural problems.

The biggest problem with the Woodward apartments is that the maintenance is extremely lazy. The building is beautifully located and the management staff is tolerable.

The people living here are nice and the maintenance staff are great. The people, the place, the location are all amazing.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.
