I didn't agree to be Mistreated by whose your landlord hosted on temple's campus criticizing students and Abusing Children on social media platforms. Completely illegal. My Landlord affordable housing Networks has tied up with Abusing me and other tenants. They are also tied up with Co intelligences and black markets. Weapons of mass destruction and immediate death. Chips and beacons implementation human gaming. Rape, murder, sabotage, espionage, plots, identity theft, Hollywood idea camps, etc
I live on the top floor in a two bedroom apartment. The space is smaller then what I expected, but I'm still very comfortable. I've used the gym several times. It was fine, pretty standard. The machines are connected to the internet so you can listen to music too. Half the time it doesn't work, but most of us have music on our phones anyway. Someone mentioned below that the laundry isn't free. That's not really true. They give you 2 cards, 80 bucks in each, which translates into something like 40 washes and dryers a semester? Really, I think they do that to make sure no random people are coming in. I've never lived in an apartment where public machines didn't have some kind of payment mechanism. Overall, you're getting a furnished apartment, clean and new. The staff is pretty helpful, their students too, so very easy to talk to. The rate is a little high for me, but the convenience of living here is mostly what I'm paying for. It's a reasonable apartment.
I went into the office a couple of weeks ago to get some information about the apartments. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone in the office. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! It was so refreshing! When the staff couldn't answer one of my questions, one of the managers, Tom, stepped in. He sat with me an went over every detail! I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and patient staff. Overall I had a great experience and I'm so excited for the opening of this building. If it's anything like the experience I had in the office, I know living there will be great!
