Buffalo, NY 14203
Bright spaces, high ceilings and exposed original building materials mixed with modern high-end finishes create unique living accommodations in the heart of Downtown Buffalo. The moderate number of units (45) in the building promises a sense of community and comfort not found in many urban living environments. The building was recently chosen to be the canvas of Western New York's largest mural, "Wildflowers for Buffalo," 2018.
Overall, it's alright. Many Issues! Rents are too high for what you get. Common areas always look dirty, Elevator never looks clean. Main lobby has employees sitting/eating in it which is strange when you are just trying to come and go. The overall care of the apartments is cheap and poor. The caulking job is a joke, Vents have dust almost glued to them. The Dryer NEVER Work! Waste money and time for my clothes to never dry Zero Amenities! No is unit laundry! Useless basement lounge! Cheap!
After touring other apartments in Buffalo it became evident the newer buildings were trying to fit as many units as they could. Economy kitchens, quasi-studios, and no windows in bedrooms? This building has beautiful 10 ft windows allowing natural light into its large rooms, big kitchens for entertaining, and awesome proximity to entertainment and food. Always prompt with maintenance requests and notifications as well. Would not mind seeing basement "common area" turned into a gym of sorts.
Fantastic. Always on top of things, clean, and property is updated. They pay attention to market changes to stay relevant in a crowded marketplace. Worth the money. Phenomenal property and management.
Great place to live. The community and the tenants are very nice and comfortable to be around. Maintenance staff is amazing. Notifications regarding upkeeps are always on time and within working times of the tenants. Only issue I occasionally experience is loud/noise coming from adjacent apartments, not a major issue, but can occur once in a while
Having only lived here for 4 months, I’m quite impressed by the Sinclair. Management is efficient. Noise is muted nicely where I don’t hear other people around me. Apartment has a NYC vibe. It’s beautiful! The biggest downside so far is the lack of parking for the tenants, especially with having the allpro parking office in the same building. I wish they would convert the basement area into a gym, I rarely see people down there. Overall it’s a beautiful, quiet place that I enjoy coming home to
I've enjoyed my experience. There's a new supermarket opening around the corner, which I'm excited about and the barbershop downstairs brings pretty cool people and chill vibes to the building. The management staff is responsive and communicates weekly, if not daily. I'd recommend the building to anyone interested.
I’ve been here since the building opened. Very convenient spot in downtown Buffalo. Walking distance to Canalside, Braymiller Market, an AMC theater, various restaurants, the arena, & my job. Spaces are clean/modern with a lot of natural light. Lobby can get a bit messy depending on the day though. It would be nice to have a bit more perks. Not much has changed since I’ve moved in when it comes to that. Living so close to various spots in a nice place has been great though. Major stress reducer.
I have a love/“hate” (not in love) relationship with living in this building. With living here for close to 4 years not much has changed at all since I have moved in yet the rent increases each year. Mind you there is no on site parking, no in unit laundry (for 1 bedroom), no common outdoor space, no gym, and some more things I’m sure I’m missing. With also living here is they are very strict with their contracts when you are moving out. loyal tenant for a couple years = means nothing.
