It's all about the buck with these guys. Also, watch out for the crazy high repair estimates they'll throw your way when your moving. It's crazy

So many maintenance issues!!

Issues with the washer and dryer units. Good luck taking 3 hours to wash your clothes. Or, even longer waiting for them to dry because the dryer is always clogged. They don't replace old carpets. The faucet leaked often and the kitchen fixtures were poorly constructed.
