The surrounding neighborhood is bustling with restaurants and bars and the metro is conveniently a block away.

The only problem I've encountered is that the AC does not keep up with the heat in the summer.

The management is great.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly, especially Eugene and Roscoe. The rooftop is a great place to relax on a summer evening and the fitness room actually has a view.

Building management and maintenance are great. Issues were very rare considering it was a brand new building when I moved in
