I would highly recommend the Greystone to anyone who is new to NYC or is looking for an affordable upgrade within the city.

The Greystone isn't a horrible place to live.

Studio size is pretty small but enough!!

There's a well-equipped gym, rooftop with stunning views and a lot of seating, and a laundry room with many machines. The building is also pet friendly. I would definitely recommend the Greystone to others!

Mostly a more mature working community and is very peaceful.

The managers keep the complex safe.Expensive for nothing. I feel comfortable in my home.
