Greystone treats this issue

The carpeting is worn and smelly. The staff is bored out of their minds.

The amenities are also really great

The only issues I had were with some malfunctioning washer/dryer and noise from the street.

Especially the folks at the front desk are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great location, clean building and friendly staff. The gym is small but the rooftop is great.
