Putting bandaids on major fixes! The crook that will steal try and steal your money

Upon moving in I notified my landlord that these things needed to be fixed ... MOST importantly the black mold in my bathroom . Never were they fixed, and for my AC unit when they froze over solid with ice her and her husband simply told me to just open up a window..... So instead of fixing the problem they simply said to just open my window.
