Tenants are very kind to each other. The condo has a lot of great amenities in the complex and ouside of the condo such as a public play ground, Riverside park and a lot of good supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby.

The staff is consistently professional and friendly. The fitness center is terrific, and the neighborhood is convenient.
