There are multiple maintenance issues that leave you without water every month. Management does not trust their own employees.

There’s a state of the art gym and laundry center to complement the gorgeous, sparkling clean lobby, elevators and concierge desk and friendly staff. This is a wonderful building and community

I have really enjoyed my experience thus far. I would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful building, views, great staff.
