Terrible service and hard to reach at times.

Would not recommend. Not renewing my lease for a reason. Very little help provided when help was needed. Only heard from when rent was due.

NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first few months were fine. However, after some time we began putting in requests for simple things; i.e. the light in the hallway would either be burnt out or they would be like a strobe light. After putting in two requests we finally got a response to have it fixed. Here and there we had small issues like that, so it wasn't a huge rush to have them fixed. Then we had our first major issue in the apartment, which was several centipedes began showing up, so we put in a request to have an exterminator come out. This was answered in a reasonable amount of time but still was not worth it because those things are gross. Our next issue in the apartment was when one of our toilets broke and we weren't able to flush it. After seeing it wasn't an easy fix we put in a maintenance request. When putting it in we marked as being an emergency seeing as this was not the master bathroom, which is in one of the bedrooms, and it would be an inconvenience to everyone as we all had different work schedules. It took almost two weeks to two get back to us, only to say it wasn't an emergency and explained how to fix the issue. Now this was an issue because not only am I just the tenant, but the part they were asking us to just fix, was completely broken, and unable to just go back together. We ended up having someone come in and fix it and were told it was out of our pocket because we called an outside plumber. Overall, communication between tenants and the landlord is horrible, and not worth living here. We had few issues, but when large ones occured we were left in the dark and told to fix it ourselves.

This management company really is all over the place. They have serious correspondence issues, notified us that we have to move out 10 days earlier than we thought only a week before. Never responded to multiple maintenance requests, lied about how much money was owed on the house. Actually stole money from us before, afterwards said that we owed extra and never repaid us. Lied about contacting tenants multiple times. Even when I moved in was told I needed $800, then two months later was told that I still owed $400 for a deposit. All in all a negative experience, if you see the name S*ndy P*cci please run and don’t look back!

Save yourself the time, they don’t care about the maintenance request. they pick and choose what’s important. they ignore the option of you as tenants wishing to be home when and if maintenance comes. horrible communication, they all have attitudes.

Horrible experience

Management is very hostile and accusatory. Will lie about not having correspondence with tenants, despite texts and call logs as evidence. Will find a way to overcharge you for everything. Very disrespectful.
