There are so many new apartment complexes going up there is no reason to stay if maintenance is a problem.

The central air in the property does not work. They never sent anyone out to fix it.

High end apartment in Old City. Human excrement in toilet and mouse droppings in kitchen on move in day was just the beginning. (They claimed it was professionally cleaned). Ceiling mold in bedroom and a truly disgusting washing machine riddled with mold. Creepy owner who sent inappropriate late night emails, especially frightening when he had key access. (Yeah, you Ben). Rude, unprofessional and dishonest contact person who is related to owner. After 2 months rent was escrowed per attorney advice due to breach of lease. City of Philadelphia License and Inspections officer charged them with 5 code violations. Sought relief in landlord/tenant court where we had lease terminated. Expect to see a slew of false positive reviews and personal attacks when they read this. It's their MO.
