There were some preexisting issues when we moved in, such as horribly stained carpets and cracks in the tiled flooring, but she "wrote these off" in our agreement. Other little issues popped us as we were living there, but nothing major so we didn't bother reporting them. However, when we moved out our landlord Christine decided to use all of our security deposit to pay for wear-and-tear issues that she should have covered. I'm now guessing she does this to all of her tenants.
