Property landlord, tenants this place is dog ***** please run away from here they still your rent money and charge you back for it . Crackheads come in and out bugs mice roaches , ants , the floors weren’t new when I came in the tub still ***** toilet still ***** so on and so on . The rent for the one bed room is 995 they charge you ridiculous fees first it went up to $1,030 then went up to $1100 . This place is a scam ! Runnnnn

I have every window in my apartment open. EVERY SINGLE window including the window in the shower and I'm walking around in my underwear. When I asked for help with this I was told it's an old building and some residents run their air conditioner in the in the winter! OMG! So the only option I have to be comfortable in my home is to run an air conditioner in December!? I pay my own electric bill! I was also asked ""do you want to move." My shower goes ICE COLD randomly. Depressed b/c no $ to move

Loud noise, rats working out side, smell, dogs, loud noise at night can’t sleep, playing drums on my head, son have Schoo loud noise doing school hours, Dog running on top my head, can’t sleep well, man walking in is house all day, like he’s moving furniture everday

I have only been living here for about a month, however this has been one of the worst experiences of my life! Most of the staff are very unprofessional. I had originally looked at another apartment but that one was taken by the time I filled out an application. I was told that this apartment would be set up exactly the same so I took this one. However, the cabinets were filthy and had dead roaches in them. I literally had to dump bleach in them to clean them. Since the first day I moved in, I have seen roaches almost everyday along with a several other insects. Last week I saw a mouse run into my bedroom. The picture of the mouse above is from 5:30am this morning. They put traps down last week and as you can see the traps are not working. I watched the mouse literally walk up and snack on the trap and walk off!!! This is after I woke up at about 4am to find a roach crawling on my arm!!! The other pictures show the scouring pad in a hole in the wall in my bedroom. At first, I missed this because the closet door was blocking it. I called for maintenance to come out and as you can see they did a crappy half job! What is the point of having pest control spray if the cracks and holes are not sealed properly! It does not make sense! I am so exhausted beacuse I've had trouble comfortably sleeping here. These pictures aren't even the half of what I've seen. Also, maintenance has not come back to fix the crappy work. On top of all that I was not told that the gas utility is shared. I thought gas utility would be in my name! I told management that I'm leaving, I want my money back and I'm getting a lawyer! I'm not staying here!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before I moved here. Hopefully, this review will help someone else. Stay away from Sustain Realty!

The fees are insane...please be aware if they send you a certified letter they will charge you...the heating bills are crazy as well

Terrible maintenance and very high gas bills

Predatory and unprofessional. Allows maintenance and personnel on your property with your permission and does not follow up on outstanding requests. Example: it took 2 yrs to have a simple request like having a window fixed. Ending lease as of July 1 and they still have not fixed the two leaking sinks in the apartment. I have never received any response from management regarding my end of lease, deposit, or the 30 days notice I gave them. I will never do business with Sustain Realty or any of their associates
