Had feces and mice infestation in the attic - family got sick first two weeks of living there. Landlord did not “know of” the situation when we moved in, but took 1 full week to even have first company to come out and look at situation. Also, heater went out in December before blizzard. Steve would not answer any call or text until we threatened a lawyer. Took 5 days to replace right before blizzard hit. Final cherry on top - Steve allowed realtors/guest to come into our house w/o permission
