Stephanie Mills misrepresented the property and its owners to us. We ended up having to get a restraining order against another occupant (she had lied to us about who this person was) after several violent episodes in which he yelled terrible things, including death threats, at our house. I ended up meeting w/ other current and previous tenants and found out she regularly enters her tenants units without permission to snoop around. She also consistently violated her own house rules.
