I am truly disappointed at this place, I thought I wouldn't have to move anymore. It's terrible here, to many owners, no service when you need them. Put in service request and never show up. Was told I would have storage, never got it. Accident happened in another apartment, and damaged my apartment, never fixed it, walls still look terrible. If I could move, I would right now, but I'm ill and it takes time, abd I can't find any apartments, that doesn't ask for credit score. I need to move, but can't find anything. This place is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to live in this building. The people in this building are thieves and messy. It's nit safe here. Windows in the apartment doesn't keep you warm, toilet comes out the floor, part of the kitchen electric work the other half doesn't. The heat doesn't work, and we are suppose to be able to regulate our own heat, and the thermostat is broken, and I've complained several times. I've been hear for 4yrs now and no salvation. It's pathetic. I'm truly nit happy, but right now I don't work, due to a cardiac arrest I had in 2019, and my health is not the best right now, but I'm working on to get back on my feet. They need to be more empathy towards their tenants.

Was a renter for two years, business owner kept switching our property manager after people kept quiting due to lack of communication, reliability, or just plain shady business tactics. Would rarely respond to service requests. When he would, it would either be the bare minimum or would be from days to weeks of reminders. 1 star is too generous for the shape of the properties that he would not clean if not asked to before you sign paperwork

I signed the lease in November 2018 to start December 2018, however did not get to move into the unit until January 2019. They were repeatedly contacted to provide access to the basement for the gas company to provide heat to the unit, but we never received a response, it wasn’t until I put in a formal complaint with the city that they had someone come out to get into the basement, and their excuse was that they did not have keys to the basement (they had to break into the basement so that they could provide access to the gas meter). They have sent someone in the middle of the night twice to deliver a 5 day notice 15 days into the month for rent that was only past due 15 days, and repeatedly have threatened with false eviction notices (always with a different lawyer, who never had any case files in regards to eviction to the unit).
