The lease management teams are not friendly and nice.

The amenities are wonderful. Noise levels and Raleigh are normally pretty tame. Loving the city!

The staff is fantastic, always helpful and friendly, there is a 24 hour concierge.

Every issue in our apt has been responded to within literally minutes. This is a party location kind of like a frathouse.
