Elevators are consistently broken. Walls are paper thin. Exposed concrete ceilings reverberate the noise from unscheduled construction.

Although the amenities are great, the location, management, and noise levels are very poor. I lived at SkyHouse for two and a half years and experienced many problems. Management is only there for your money.

The manager Tatiana is a great lady that will do anything she can to make sure you’re enjoying your living and experience at Skyhouse! I recommend anyone looking for a great home in the downtown area.
