Unsafe, dirty, sidewalks are never shoveled, loud, the list goes on and on

Loud, unsafe (have found bags of Narcan, knives and spoons after being told a drug dealer just moved in by a neighbor), homeless people are almost always waiting in the front door area when it's cold (while smoking and drinking from a bag which is the issue), packages are constantly stolen, sidewalks not taken care of when it snows, when the snow melts the parking lot is mud so good luck getting out if you do not have all-wheel drive
