It's very sad but this over priced community went from a pleasant place to live walk your dog and meet people to a very sad skeleton of itself.

The problem was addressed very casually over the course of 4 months with little compensation. Frequent almost regular water outages or inconsistency.

Sherman Mills is a great community for families and businesses! The management team is extremely accommodating and attentive, especially the owner himself. I strongly recommend Sherman Mills if you are looking for a beautiful unique loft to live in or starting/growing a business of any sort.
