The property was not well maintained at all. The only maintenance done was to keep it standing. The landlord overcharges for what you get. No A/C, "free water" but you still have to pay for laundry, no building maintenance (she expects you to pay for it), she also lives in the building and lets her dog roam free. This landlord has a history of confrontation and yelling at tenants as I have experienced it and her doing it to another tenant during my stay here. She does not return security deposit
