This man is extremely creepy and dangerous. He preys on young college-aged girls and he is almost 50 years old…He tries to portray his properties as “luxury” when in reality they are the furthest thing from luxurious. Everything falls apart and he never fixes any maintenance problems that arise. Please stay away from this man and his properties - you will not be safe!

I am still trying to get my security deposit months after moving out of his shoddy apartment. He refused to make any repairs, ignored an active leak for days, and neglected existing water damage and mold infestation.
