Sharon has been an excellent landlord during my time in one of her apartments - Everything was freshly painted and working when I moved in, she gave 24hrs notice before she made a visit, and anything that needed fixing while I was there was repaired within a week. Overall, she was a good communicator (which is important) and a professional landlord.
