Maintenace rocked it but management is poor. Yelling , shouting, cussing.. Totally unprofessional. Ultimately relieved to not work for such hypocrite of a manager AKA Lonnie. Negative stars if I could. If you look close at the review section, Lonnie doesn't get much feedback. (Wonder why) The property itself has many issues that are ignored. Leaking windows through the complex, serious gutter leaking issues that leak water all over the car charging stations (major shock Hazzard). I bring it to the attention of regional and he just laughs and says "hope nobody charges their car when it rains". The building has constant issues with gas leaks. With the company working so hard for maintenace to do everything in house with no vendor calls, you are for sure to go without hot water for a few days. My last altercation with Lonnie was me leaving the company and retrieving my tools from the shop. She starts to freak out and accusing me of stealing right off the get go. I told her to get the tool log that I spent a ton of time creating so I could assure her I'm not the criminal she is accusing me of. Instead, she starts to freak out and cuss at me. So loud that upstairs the front desk lady had to come down and stop her. She takes a fighting posture and gets in my face with these exact words "what you gonna do about it" another property manager (Jordain) had to tell her to step back because its "not worth your job" Lonnie response was "I don't give a *****" and starts taking a fighting position as if she is going to throw a punch at me. What the actual F is going on with this property and the manager? Disgusting behavior. Only a matter of time before a resident gets clocked in the face for something.

Great building. Great location. Fantastic team of people working here. Great accessible location and very safe environment. Nice, quiet building, but also great community activities and common areas.

Great prices for this awesome location. Very nice, comfortable units. Great staff, and many fine neighbors. Lots of good people.
