We literally had all possible incidents we can have with an apartment: No fridge for 2 months, a broken washing machine for 2 months, a gas leak, a leaking ceiling that damaged our furniture, a leaking bathroom that leaked under our neighbor, a leak in the basement, no heated water for a week at christmas time, a door that doesn’t lock for a couple of days, mouse infestation, ant infestation. When we didn't have a fridge for 2 months, we had no compensation. Same for the damages in our couch coming from the leak. Same for the broken washing machine. The apartment looks nice, but finishes and infrastructure are very sloppy. I was shocked by the managements indifference: very low reactivity no matter the problem, impossible to reach, and quite disrespectful.
