The apartment was spotless when I moved in!! Landlord was very thorough completing my check-in, explaining how everything works in the apartment, reading through the lease with me and answering any questions I had. At one point I had an issue with my garbage disposal. I called the landlord and she had someone come and look at it right away. Definitely cares about taking care of the apartment. No other issues with the apartment. Sent me a list of things to do when I moved out and I made sure I did them all and I got my security deposit back.
