Sam leased my friends and I one of his recently renovated campus houses. He was responsive, innovative, explanatory, and patient. He taught us how to clean dryer vents, reset circuit breakers, and reboot garbage disposals :-) He dealt with the local police when they tried to search our house one night because our friend was ***** - Sam shut them down! Honestly, an unexpectedly epic landlord.
