They charged for stuff that was in the lease but we did not know about it but it was there and disclosed, READ your lease and ask questions. They charged us Water monthly and wall damange/lock replacement charges. They respond and they address stuff quickly unless its something beyond their control like AC repair which took a while. ALRIGHT overall.
Good experience generally; responsive to our broken dishwasher got repaired within a week. Generally they have regular pest control and quick turnaround for any repairs. They enforce all their lease requirements of tenants but I think allow subletting if tenant works with owners to get replacement tenant which was our situation to leave early.
