ok overall owners, the manager should do more cleaning. i think overall for the money its a good apartment. they charge me for my pet annually which is ok cause they allow pets. the security is very good, they have cameras and locks changed often. these guys take the security seriously which i like as a woman. i like to feel safe in my apartment. they are OK owners yeah. also check your references so you know other people in this building are ok. its screened good. i dont have loud neighbors or any BS.

good landlord, good value, responsive, matter of fact, everything they said would be done was done when they said it would be done. online payments and application made it easy. no interference from them once i was a tenant. easy dealing with them. elou is great their foreman.

They charged for stuff that was in the lease but we did not know about it but it was there and disclosed, READ your lease and ask questions. They charged us Water monthly and wall damange/lock replacement charges. They respond and they address stuff quickly unless its something beyond their control like AC repair which took a while. ALRIGHT overall.

Good experience generally; responsive to our broken dishwasher got repaired within a week. Generally they have regular pest control and quick turnaround for any repairs. They enforce all their lease requirements of tenants but I think allow subletting if tenant works with owners to get replacement tenant which was our situation to leave early.
